We have three main commission plans, which are negotiable depending on your needs and experience. Newer agents (0-10 deals done lifetime of career) earn an 80/20 split and $12k one-time cap. Intermediate agents (10-20 deals done) earn an 80/20 split and $8k one time cap. Experienced agents (20+ deals done) receive a 100% commission with no split and a $0 cap.
